How is it made
THE GLACIERS
Over several ice ages, Greenland Ice Cap Water has been preserved in the vast ice cap west of Ilulisat in Greenland.
Our water is sustainably sourced from free-floating icebergs found in Diskobugten located on the western coast of the island.
FERMENTATION
The organic wheat is liquefied, followed by adding distillery yeast to start the fermentation of the sugars.
Our organic wheat of finest quality comes from Italy. The wheat exposed to bright sunlight produce higher standard of spirits that are aromatic and flavourful.
Distillation & Blend
Distillation is a thermal process, which consists of heating the mash to high enough temperature for the ethanol to evaporate and then re-condense once the vapour mixture is cooled.
Our vodka is 5x distilled and then blended with the glacial water.
Active Carbon & Silver Filter, and MINERALS
The blend is filtered through a bed of active carbon and further through silver in the multi-stage filtration.
The vodka is infused with a unique blend of minerals. The process gives NIXONBUI VODKA its ultimate smoothness and clarity with an edge.
