The purest natural water on the planet, unchanged for millennia.
The water in NIXONBUI Vodka has its origin dating back many thousands of years. It almost has a mythical property as it is comprised solely of snowflakes that once landed on the island during the early Stone Age period.
Our water is sustainably sourced from free-floating icebergs found in Disko Bugt (Disko Bay) located on the western coast of the island.
The water obtained from this melted ice is a natural treasure and is some of the purest natural water found on the planet today. Today, this water source is treated with respect to the environment, from source to bottle, and benefits the local community with a royalty for all water sold being paid to the Greenland government.
Our water is sourced in accordance with all stringent guidelines developed by the Greenland authorities, as outlined in the Certification and Quality Guide for Greenland Ice and Water Resources.
Further, to reduce the carbon footprint from the production of NIXONBUI Vodka, we only ship the water to Denmark using the empty container vessels anyway returning to the mainland Europe.
In a Glass
Almost like liquid silver; the light is reflected in the form of beautiful multicolored rays. NIXONBUI Vodka appears rich and alive with the most beautiful curtains acting as a mesmerizing backdrop.
An unusual hint of honey blended with lemon peel delivers a surprising note of vibrancy. The subtle aroma of NIXONBUI Vodka is uncomplicated, crisp, clean, and unmistakable.
A light prickling on the tongue is immediately followed by a murmur of ripe grains, citrus. A very mild aftertaste of salted licorice leaves a tantalizing aftertaste, time and time again, to complete the NIXONBUI Vodka experience.
